Our little borough has been a great, wonderful place to grow up in and continues to expand and improve.
Buy-A-Brick Program is now here!! Have you ever thought about leaving your permanent mark in Upland?
Engraved bricks for Memorial wall and Honorary walkway located at Hill Street Park are available. Bricks range from $60 to $95 with an additional charge of $5 if you want a symbol added.
Order forms (click the link), additional details and symbol sheets (click the link) are available at the borough office. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. You may also call Shannon for more information at (610) 874- 7317.
