Extension of Property Tax Deadlines and Current Rent Late Fees

Borough Council held a Emergency Meeting via teleconference on March 26, 2020.  A Motion to Approve and Adopt Resolution No. 9 of 2020 - Extending Property Tax Deadlines.  (Click the link to review). 

Borough Council voted and approved to extend for a period of 60 days the deadlines to qualify for a discount and face amount for payment of Borough 2020 property taxes.  The new dates are as follows:

1. Discount amount date:  June 1, 2020
2. Face amount date:        August 3, 2020

Auburn Village tenants will not be penalized with current late charges through June 2020 for current rent payments.  All current rents must be paid by July 5, 2020 to avoid late fees and penalties.
