July 4th Luncheon

The Community Affairs Committee will be preparing free lunches for borough residents. Must be a current resident of the borough and sign up by June 18, 2021. Form with instructions is attached.
Residents are to email completed pre-order form to mcrawford@uplandboro.org or drop off to the Borough Office mailbox (224 Castle Avenue, Upland, PA 19015) for processing. Completed form must be received no later than June 18, 2021 to be eligible.
Meal pick-up will be at Bristol Lord Field Pavilion on July 4th from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Proof of residence will be required.
