Updated Resolution No. 8 of 2020 effective March 20, 2020

Attached please find the Proclamation from the Mayor and Upland Borough Council stating the borough's continued response to COVID-19.

The Borough Offices will still be able to take your phone calls although staff will not be on the premises.  We are here to continue to assist all residents with questions, concerns, and emergencies.  Leave your messages and we will return your call.  As always, if this is life threatening emergency dial 911. Stay safe and healthy!

REMINDER:

The health and safety of our residents is very important to us. The parks are closed, hence the reason that they have been taped off. Please talk to your children about this. The caution tape has been ripped down and the children continue to play. This is not safe for your children.  Thank You!
