Upland Borough Office & Upland Police Department Closed to Visitors

Effective Monday, November 16, 2020 and until further notice, Upland Borough Office and Police Department will again be closed to the Public. Visiting either location will be by appointment only.
For the time being, the rest of the Borough Departments will function as usual and as needed. The staff will be in the office and available by phone to answer any calls. We thank all of our residents in advance for their cooperation. This is a precautionary measure to attempt to flatten the curve of the recent spike of the Corona Virus. Please be safe!!!!!
