ATTENTION....State of Emergency Extended Until Further Action....Temporary Closure of Borough Building to Public and State of Emergency Issued

Updated Resolution No. 8 of 2020 effective March 20, 2020

Attached please find the Proclamation from the Mayor and Upland Borough Council stating the borough's continued response to COVID-19.

The Borough Offices will still be able to take your phone calls although staff will not be on the premises.  We are here to continue to assist all residents with questions, concerns, and emergencies.  Leave your messages and we will return your call.  As always, if this is life threatening emergency dial 911. Stay safe and  healthy!

The health and safety of our residents is very important to us. The parks are closed, hence the reason that they have been taped off. Please talk to your children about this. The caution tape has been ripped down and the children continue to play. This is not safe for your children.  Thank You!

Due to growing concerns with the coronavirus and in an effort to keep everyone as safe as possible; while still being available to you, Upland Borough Council and the Mayor have made the decision to close MacQueen Hall and the Police Department buildings to the public. This will go into effect IMMEDIATELY,  and until further notice.

Auburn Village Residents - all work orders will be done on a case by case basis. If you have an emergency, please inform the office if anyone in your home is ill.

Should you need to contact the office, please call (610) 874-7317.

The Mayor, in a joint proclamation of Council recognized by the President, has issued a State of Emergency in the Borough in order to be prepared to handle the COVID-19 Virus.

Attached is that Proclamation by the Mayor. This is needed to avail ourselves of any available funds that may be issued and allow us to serve our residents without normal restrictions.

All scheduled borough events and use of MacQueen Hall must be canceled until further notice.
