C.A.P.T.U.R.E. | Upland PA

The Upland Borough Police Department has implemented a new program called Community And Police Team Up to Record Evidence or otherwise known as C.A.P.T.U.R.E.

This program hopes to help make our community safer by allowing those public or private residences and businesses who have video surveillance systems, to voluntarily provide the police department with information regarding their surveillance systems such as locations and types of storage for their system.
