National Night Out

Join the Upland Borough Police Department’s National Night Out on Tuesday August 2, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. In Brisol Lord Field.  Following, the Community Affairs Association will hold a free Movie in the Park. What is National Night Out?
National Night Out (NNO) is an annual community building campaign that promotes police/community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer and more caring places to live.

NNO is designed to:

• Decrease crime
• Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police/community partnerships

How Can I Participate ?
Neighborhoods across the nation participate each year by joining together with their neighbors, families and friends to host their own neighborhood events.  Examples of activities include police demonstrations including K9 Halo and K9 Raymond, fire, police and EMS equipment demonstrations, activities for kids including moon bounces, slides, obstacles and other games and refreshments.

You participation in this annual event tells others that you:

• Want to make your neighborhood safer
• Want to build a strong relationship with public safety officials
• Want to promote a sense of community
