Councilwoman Sandra Deldeo Passes Away

It is with a heavy heart that Upland Borough Council was made aware of the passing of lifelong borough resident and councilwoman Sandra Deldeo. "Sandy" served the borough as a councilwoman starting in June 2017. Sandy's committment to our community will be missed.
