The UBCAA will be distributing FREE Winter Coats for current Upland Borough children on Saturday, September 16, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at MacQueen Hall located at 224 Castle Avenue.

For current Upland Borough Children to be eligible to receive a FREE Winter Coat, parents/guardians must sign-up their child. Winter Coat(s) must be picked up on September 16, 2023.

This completed form (click link for fillable form) must be dropped off to the Borough Office NO later than Friday, September 1, 2023.
