Website Upgrade!

Upland Borough Council approved a re-haul of the borough's website, uplandboro.org, several months ago and are now pleased to welcome you to the new and improved website! Please keep in mind that we are continuously updating information.
The website now gives you the opportunity to get email updates on changes made to certain categories as well as many other items.
